Ingredients

  • 400g beef sirloin or ribeye, very thinly sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 green pepper, sliced
  • 4 slices provolone or American cheese
  • 2 sub rolls
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Stir-fry the onion and pepper in oil until soft and lightly charred.
  2. Add the beef and cook fast over high heat, breaking it up with a spatula.
  3. Season well.
  4. Lay cheese over the beef to melt.
  5. Slide into split, toasted sub rolls.
