Ingredients

  • 600g beef, thinly sliced
  • For suya spice: 4 tbsp roasted peanuts ground, 1 tbsp paprika, 1 tsp cayenne, 1 tsp ginger, 1 tsp garlic powder, 1 stock cube, salt
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • Sliced onion to serve

Instructions

  1. Blend the peanuts and spices into a fine suya mix.
  2. Toss the beef in oil, then coat well in the spice mix.
  3. Thread onto skewers.
  4. Grill over high heat for 10-12 minutes, turning, until charred.
  5. Sprinkle with more suya spice and serve with onions.
