Ingredients

  • 300g egg noodles
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups shredded cabbage
  • 1 tomato, chopped
  • 100g beansprouts
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • For sauce: 2 tbsp kecap manis, 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp chilli sauce, 1 tsp tomato ketchup
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • Spring onion

Instructions

  1. Cook the noodles and drain.
  2. Scramble the eggs in oil; push aside.
  3. Fry the garlic, cabbage and tomato for 2 minutes.
  4. Add the noodles, beansprouts and the sauce; toss over high heat.
  5. Mix in the egg and finish with spring onion.
