Ingredients

  • 6 lamb chops
  • 3 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 2 sprigs rosemary
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Season the chops well and rest at room temperature for 15 minutes.
  2. Sear in oil over high heat for 2-3 minutes a side.
  3. Add the butter, garlic and rosemary, and spoon the foaming butter over the chops for a minute.
  4. Rest for 5 minutes before serving.
