Ingredients

  • 600g beef sirloin, very thinly sliced
  • For the marinade: 4 tbsp soy sauce, 2 tbsp sugar, 1 tbsp sesame oil, 1 grated pear or apple, 3 garlic cloves grated, 1 tsp grated ginger
  • 2 spring onions
  • Sesame seeds
  • Oil

Instructions

  1. Mix the marinade and coat the beef; rest at least 30 minutes.
  2. Heat a pan very hot and sear the beef in batches for 1-2 minutes.
  3. Add the spring onion at the end.
  4. Finish with sesame seeds.
