Ingredients

  • 500g beef or lamb mince
  • 1 cup peas
  • 2 onions, chopped
  • 2 tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 1 tsp chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric
  • 4 tbsp oil
  • Salt
  • Coriander

Instructions

  1. Fry the onions until golden, then add the ginger-garlic.
  2. Add the mince and brown well.
  3. Stir in the tomatoes and ground spices; cook until thick.
  4. Add the peas and 1 cup water; simmer 15 minutes.
  5. Finish with garam masala and coriander.
