Ingredients

  • 600g chicken thigh, cubed
  • For marinade: 2 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp kecap manis, 1 tsp turmeric, 2 garlic cloves, 1 tsp coriander
  • For peanut sauce: 4 tbsp peanut butter, 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tsp chilli paste, 1 tsp sugar, 100ml coconut milk
  • Skewers, soaked

Instructions

  1. Marinate the chicken for at least 1 hour.
  2. Thread onto skewers.
  3. Grill over high heat for 10-12 minutes, turning, until charred.
  4. Warm the peanut sauce ingredients together until smooth.
  5. Serve the skewers with the sauce.
