Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • For sauce: 3 tbsp honey, 2 tbsp Dijon mustard, 1 tbsp wholegrain mustard, 2 garlic cloves, 100ml stock
  • Salt and pepper
  • Parsley

Instructions

  1. Season and brown the chicken in oil on both sides.
  2. Mix the sauce ingredients and pour into the pan.
  3. Simmer for 10-12 minutes, spooning the sauce over, until the chicken is cooked and glazed.
  4. Finish with parsley.
