Ingredients

  • 500g beef mince
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp chilli powder
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 100ml stock
  • 8 taco shells
  • Lettuce, tomato, cheese, soured cream, lime

Instructions

  1. Brown the mince with onion and garlic.
  2. Stir in the tomato paste and spices.
  3. Add the stock; simmer 8 minutes until thick.
  4. Warm the taco shells.
  5. Fill with beef and let everyone top their own with the trimmings.
