Ingredients

  • 500g potato gnocchi
  • 1 can chopped tomatoes
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • Handful basil
  • Parmesan
  • Salt

Instructions

  1. Soften the garlic in the oil, add the tomato paste, then the tomatoes and oregano.
  2. Simmer for 10 minutes and season.
  3. Cook the gnocchi in boiling water until they float, about 2 minutes; drain.
  4. Toss the gnocchi in the sauce.
  5. Finish with basil and parmesan.
