Ingredients

  • 300g linguine
  • 400g prawns, peeled
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp chilli flakes
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon
  • Salt and pepper
  • Parsley

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta until al dente; reserve pasta water.
  2. Melt the butter with the oil and cook the garlic and chilli for a minute.
  3. Add the prawns and cook until pink, 3 minutes.
  4. Toss in the pasta with a splash of pasta water and the lemon.
  5. Finish with parsley.
