Ingredients

  • 300g rice noodles, soaked
  • 200g chicken breast, sliced
  • 150g prawns
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 2 carrots, julienned
  • 2 cups shredded cabbage
  • 3 spring onions
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 500ml stock
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • Lemon wedges

Instructions

  1. Stir-fry the chicken and prawns in oil; set aside.
  2. Soften the onion, garlic, carrot and cabbage for 3 minutes.
  3. Pour in the stock, soy and oyster sauce.
  4. Add the noodles and toss until they absorb the liquid.
  5. Return the chicken and prawns; finish with spring onion.
