Easy Chicken Tacos

Ingredients

  • 600g chicken thighs, sliced
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp chilli powder
  • Salt
  • 8 small tortillas
  • To serve: shredded lettuce, diced tomato, soured cream, lime

Instructions

  1. Toss the chicken with the oil, spices and salt.
  2. Cook in a hot pan for 8-10 minutes until charred at the edges and cooked through.
  3. Warm the tortillas in a dry pan for a few seconds each side.
  4. Fill with the chicken and pile on the toppings.
  5. Finish with a good squeeze of lime.
