Ingredients

  • 500g beef mince
  • 1 onion
  • 1 green pepper
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 1 can chopped tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 100g green olives, chopped
  • 50g raisins
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • Salt
  • Lime

Instructions

  1. Brown mince with onion, pepper and garlic.
  2. Add tomato paste, cumin, oregano and bay.
  3. Stir in tomatoes, olives and raisins.
  4. Simmer 15 minutes until thick.
  5. Squeeze of lime to finish.
