Ingredients

  • 300g egg or wheat noodles
  • 2 cups shredded cabbage
  • 1 carrot, julienned
  • 1 pepper, sliced
  • 3 spring onions
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • For sauce: 3 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp oyster sauce, 1 tsp sesame oil, 1 tsp sugar

Instructions

  1. Cook the noodles, drain and toss with a little oil.
  2. Stir-fry the cabbage, carrot and pepper for 3 minutes.
  3. Add the garlic for a minute.
  4. Add the noodles and the sauce; toss until glossy.
  5. Finish with spring onion.

  • Keep the heat high so the noodles get a little char.
  • Don't overcook the noodles before frying.
