Ingredients

  • 600g chicken breast, cubed
  • 1 cup yoghurt
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 2 peppers and 1 onion, chunked
  • Salt
  • Skewers

Instructions

  1. Mix the yoghurt, oil, garlic, spices, lemon and salt.
  2. Coat the chicken and marinate at least 2 hours.
  3. Thread onto skewers with the peppers and onion.
  4. Grill over high heat for 12-15 minutes, turning, until charred and cooked through.
