Ingredients

  • 600g chicken breast, sliced
  • 2 peppers, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 8 tortillas
  • To serve: soured cream, salsa, lime

Instructions

  1. Toss the chicken with the oil and spices.
  2. Cook in a hot pan until golden, 6-8 minutes.
  3. Add the peppers and onion and cook until just softened with a little char.
  4. Warm the tortillas.
  5. Pile the chicken and vegetables into tortillas with the toppings.
