Ingredients

  • 300g egg noodles
  • 2 chicken breasts, sliced
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 carrot, julienned
  • 1 cup shredded cabbage
  • 2 spring onions, sliced
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil

Instructions

  1. Cook the noodles according to the packet, then drain and toss with a little oil.
  2. Heat the oil in a wok and stir-fry the chicken until golden and cooked through.
  3. Add the garlic, carrot and cabbage and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Tip in the noodles, soy sauce, oyster sauce and sesame oil, and toss everything together.
  5. Add the spring onions and serve straight away.
