Ingredients

  • 1kg chicken wings
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • For the sauce: 100ml hot sauce, 50g butter, 1 tbsp honey, 1 tsp Worcestershire

Instructions

  1. Pat the wings very dry and toss with baking powder, salt and garlic powder.
  2. Arrange on a rack and bake at 220C for 40-45 minutes, turning once, until crisp.
  3. Warm the sauce ingredients together until smooth.
  4. Toss the hot wings in the sauce.
