Ingredients

  • 500g steak, sliced
  • 3 chorizo sausages, sliced
  • 1kg potatoes, cut into chips
  • 1 onion
  • 3 tomatoes, chopped
  • 2 chillies, sliced
  • 1 red pepper, sliced
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • 3 hard-boiled eggs, halved
  • Salt and pepper
  • Sliced tomato to serve

Instructions

  1. Fry the chips until golden; drain.
  2. Pan-fry the steak and chorizo until cooked.
  3. In the same pan, soften onion, pepper and chilli.
  4. Add the chopped tomato; cook 5 minutes.
  5. Pile chips on a platter; top with steak, chorizo, vegetables and boiled egg halves.
  6. Eat sharing-style.
