Ingredients

  • 8 small tortillas, fried or baked crisp
  • 500g beef mince
  • 1 onion, 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 can refried beans, warmed
  • To top: shredded lettuce, tomato, soured cream, grated cheese, jalapeños, lime

Instructions

  1. Brown the mince with the onion, garlic and spices.
  2. Spread each crisp tortilla with refried beans.
  3. Top with the beef, lettuce, tomato, cheese, soured cream and jalapeños.
  4. Finish with a squeeze of lime.
