Ingredients

  • 500g beef mince
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp chilli powder
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • 8 taco shells or tortillas
  • To serve: lettuce, tomato, cheese, soured cream, lime

Instructions

  1. Brown the mince with the onion and garlic.
  2. Stir in the spices and tomato paste with a splash of water; simmer 5 minutes.
  3. Warm the shells.
  4. Fill with the beef and let everyone add their own toppings.
