Ingredients

  • 400g beef sirloin, thinly sliced
  • 2 peppers, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 1 thumb ginger
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • For sauce: 3 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp oyster sauce, 1 tbsp rice vinegar, 1 tsp sugar, 1 tbsp cornflour mixed with 3 tbsp water
  • Sesame seeds, spring onion

Instructions

  1. Sear the beef in very hot oil for 1-2 minutes; lift out.
  2. Stir-fry the peppers and onion for 3 minutes.
  3. Add the garlic and ginger; cook a minute.
  4. Return the beef and pour in the sauce; toss until glossy.
  5. Finish with spring onion and sesame seeds.
