Ingredients

  • 400g beef sirloin, sliced
  • 1 head broccoli, florets
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 thumb ginger, grated
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • For the sauce: 3 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp oyster sauce, 1 tsp sugar, 1 tbsp cornflour, 1/2 cup water

Instructions

  1. Mix the sauce ingredients.
  2. Sear the beef in hot oil for 2 minutes; lift out.
  3. Stir-fry the broccoli with a splash of water for 3 minutes.
  4. Add the garlic and ginger, then return the beef.
  5. Pour in the sauce and toss until glossy.
