Baked Oats

Ingredients

  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1 ripe banana, mashed
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 cup berries

Instructions

  1. Heat the oven to 180C and grease a baking dish.
  2. Mix the oats, baking powder and cinnamon.
  3. Whisk the banana, milk, egg and honey, then combine with the oats.
  4. Fold in most of the berries and pour into the dish.
  5. Scatter the rest of the berries on top.
  6. Bake for 30 minutes until set and golden.
