Ingredients

  • 500g beef mince
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 1 green pepper, finely chopped
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 1 cup passata
  • 3 tbsp ketchup
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper
  • 4 soft burger buns

Instructions

  1. Brown the mince with onion, pepper and garlic.
  2. Stir in passata, ketchup, sugar, Worcestershire, mustard and paprika.
  3. Simmer 10 minutes until thick.
  4. Serve piled into toasted buns.
