Wonton Soup

Ingredients

  • 250g pork mince
  • 20 wonton wrappers
  • 2 spring onions, chopped
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp grated ginger
  • For the broth: 1.5 litres chicken stock, 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tsp sesame oil
  • Pak choi or spinach to serve

Instructions

  1. Mix the pork with spring onion, soy, sesame oil and ginger.
  2. Place a small spoon of filling on each wrapper, wet the edges and fold into a triangle, then bring the corners together.
  3. Bring the broth to a simmer and season.
  4. Drop in the wontons and cook for 4-5 minutes until they float and the filling is cooked.
  5. Add the greens for the last minute.
