Ingredients

  • 4 thin sirloin steaks
  • 4 brioche-style buns
  • 8 slices ham
  • 4 slices Swiss cheese
  • 4 bacon rashers
  • 4 boiled eggs, sliced
  • Lettuce, tomato, mayo
  • Olives, gherkins, roasted red pepper

Instructions

  1. Pound the steaks thin.
  2. Cook bacon; remove. Cook steaks 1-2 minutes a side.
  3. Toast buns; spread with mayo.
  4. Layer: lettuce, tomato, steak, ham, cheese (let melt), bacon, sliced egg, peppers, gherkins.
  5. Press together; eat immediately.
