Ingredients

  • 700g beef mince
  • 2 onions, 3 garlic cloves
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 can chopped tomatoes
  • 1 can kidney beans
  • 1 can black beans
  • 2 tsp cumin
  • 1 tbsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp chilli powder
  • 300ml stock
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Brown the mince and onions in a pan, then transfer to the slow cooker.
  2. Add all the remaining ingredients and stir.
  3. Cook on low for 5-6 hours.
  4. Season and serve.
