Ingredients

  • 700g beef mince
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp dried herbs
  • For glaze: 4 tbsp ketchup, 1 tbsp brown sugar, 1 tsp mustard
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Mix all the meatloaf ingredients well.
  2. Press into a loaf tin or shape on a lined tray.
  3. Mix the glaze and spread over the top.
  4. Bake at 180C for 55-60 minutes until cooked through.
  5. Rest 10 minutes before slicing.
