Ingredients

  • 350g fettuccine
  • 2 chicken breasts, sliced
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 300ml double cream
  • 80g parmesan, grated
  • Salt and pepper
  • Parsley

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta until al dente; reserve pasta water.
  2. Season and cook the chicken in butter until golden; lift out.
  3. Add the garlic, then the cream; simmer 3 minutes.
  4. Stir in the parmesan until smooth.
  5. Return the chicken and toss with the pasta, loosening with pasta water.
  6. Finish with parsley.
